Trying to Keep Cell Ohones Out of Prison

My Reactions:

I think using cell phones in the jail obviously produces many unnecessary problems to a lot of countries.In the modern society,the techniques and functions of cell phones are more advanced and diversified.Then,people can do variety of things by it no matter they are bad or good.
In those cases mentioned in the article,some people are agreeing with making tough law to forbid all prisoners using cell phones but the others are opposing against what the former people say.They are all have their own reasons for this issue.As for me, I think it is necessary to pass a new law to keep cell phones out of prison because if prisoners can use it at their will,there are something dangerous and unknown will happen.Inmates could communicate with each other by make a phone call,then they would make some riots in the society outside or even plan a scheme of prison break.These kinds of things will make our order much more turbulent and waste our manpower of police officers.Although we would do some harmful things to our social security if we want to have a thorough eradication of cell phones in jail,I still completely identify with this concept for it’s too late for us to be regretted when tragedies happened.(207)
